STEP 2
1-Hour Exploratory Inspection

STEP 3
1-Hour Certified Assessment

If it is determined that your repair requires engineering expertise, our team of certified structural engineers will conduct a comprehensive assessment. This assessment will entail a thorough examination of the structural integrity of the affected area, considering factors such as load-bearing capacities, material properties and existing conditions.
Subsequently, the engineer will meticulously analyze the findings obtained during the exploratory inspection to determine the optimal repair methodology tailored to your specific requirements. This process ensures that the repairs are executed with precision and adherence to industry standards, ultimately ensuring the longevity and safety of the structure.

Engineering & Quotation Process

Based on these findings, our engineering partners will design repair solutions tailored to the specific needs of the structure and foundation. This may include techniques such as underpinning, foundation leveling, or installation of additional support structures.
A detailed drawing package will be issued outlining the proposed repair solutions. These drawings will specify the materials to be used, the locations of structural supports or reinforcements, and any other relevant details necessary for your repair or project.

Formal Quotation & Review

Based on the engineered drawing package and the budgetary cost provided, we will prepare a formal quotation for your review. This quotation will outline the scope of work, the timeline for completion and the total cost of the repair, ensuring transparency and accuracy throughout the process.
If requested, we will arrange a time to meet with you to review the engineered drawing package and quotation with you. We want to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with your expectations, providing personalized attention to your project needs. Approval & Permits
